How Yar compares

We read the public pages, app listings, and privacy policies of 35 products that help with planning, mood, or support. Here is what we found, dated and sourced.

The core, only in Yar. As of 21 October 2026, among the 35 products we scored, we found none that documents all four: it notices how you are doing, shows you that guess, lets you correct it, and changes what it does for your day, with the inference on your own phone.

The short version

Others do part of the loop.

Planners change your day when you tell them. Energy planners read wearables. Companions change what they say. Trackers record what you log.

What we saw, product by product
  • Tiimo. Mood check-ins you enter; reshuffles the day when you tell it; on-device adaptive planning from sleep and activity announced 2026-09-15, not in any release through 3.70.1.
  • Structured. Visual day planner, 'built for ADHD minds' among others; Replan moves missed tasks (behavior, not state).
  • Goblin Tools. Free AI micro-tools; manual dials change the output; no state inference.
  • Lifestack. Wearable data drafts an energy-aware schedule for ADHD; tasks can be moved, the energy model is not shown for correction; cloud; paid only.
  • Circadian AI. Sleep data sets a daily circadian plan, 100% on the iPhone (developer claim); not ND-first; whether the phase is visible or editable is not stated.
  • Motion. Re-plans automatically from the calendar and deadlines, not from how you are; paid.
  • Ash. Infers mood from conversation and adapts what it says; cloud; free with a paid unlimited tier; record stays with the company.
  • Wysa. Conversation tuned to the person; scripted crisis flow; cloud.
  • ChatGPT. Saved memories can be viewed and edited; changes what it says; ads on the Free and Go plans.
  • How We Feel. You name the feeling and get strategies; record on the device by default; optional AI reflection in the cloud; nonprofit.
  • Bearable. You log mood and symptoms; correlation reports; nothing changes the day.
  • Apple Health. State of Mind is self-logged; Readiness from Apple Watch shows its factors (not editable); suggestions, no plan change documented.
  • NUROVA. Sensory load from light, sound, and heart rate, 'primarily on your device'; alerts and a low-stimulation view, no plan change.
The closest products

Each misses a different piece.

  • Tiimo. A planner loved by neurodivergent people. It has announced on-device adaptive planning from sleep and activity; it has not shipped through version 3.70.1, and no view for correcting the guess is described.
  • Lifestack. Changes the schedule from wearable data and is built for ADHD. It runs in the cloud, and the energy model is not shown for you to correct.
  • Circadian AI. Changes a daily plan from sleep data, on the phone. It is not built for neurodivergent people, and a correctable guess is not described.
  • NUROVA. Built for neurodivergent people and mostly on the device. It sends sensory-load alerts and offers a calmer view; it does not change the day's plan.
  • Apple Health. Shows the factors behind its Readiness score. You cannot correct the score, and it suggests rather than changes your plan.
How we checked

Their own words, with a date.

  • We read each product’s own pages, help center, app store listing, and privacy policy, on 21 October 2026.
  • “Documented” means the product’s own materials describe it. “Not found” means we did not find it there; it is not proof of absence.
  • We did not install or test the apps. Products change; we check again every quarter.
  • Spotted something we got wrong? Tell us and we will correct it.
